Service Description

A slow and gentle pacing yoga class. These classes focus on moving and exploring your body's capabilities using props, such as straps and blocks, in a safe and supported space. There are many options & modifications to the poses depending on your strength and/or flexibility, or how you are feeling on that day. We encourage you to listen to your body and take the option that best suits you. If you haven't moved your body for some time and feel unfit, feel assured that you can dive right into a safe, non-judgmental environment. These classes will help increase joint health, flexibility, balance and strength, often finishing with a short meditation and/or relaxation or breathwork. Suitable for 12yrs plus. Beginner friendly.
