ABOUT THE SESSION:
This session provides a profound opportunity to align with the natural rhythms of the southern hemisphere's shortest day and longest night. This period, rich in introspection and renewal, is ideal for the transformative energy work of Sekhem healing, which, when paired with the meditative and relaxing vibrations of a sound bath, can deeply enhance physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. WHAT TO EXPECT:
Get comfortable in a laying position and enjoy the sounds and vibrations of the 60min sound bath (crystal bowls, rainstick, chimes and more).
