About the event

ABOUT THE SESSION:

This session provides a profound opportunity to align with the natural rhythms of the southern hemisphere's shortest day and longest night. This period, rich in introspection and renewal, is ideal for the transformative energy work of Sekhem healing, which, when paired with the meditative and relaxing vibrations of a sound bath, can deeply enhance physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This unique experience helps clear stagnant energies, set powerful intentions for the coming months, and fosters a deep connection to nature's cycles, all while creating a sense of community and shared purpose during this significant seasonal transition.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Get comfortable in a laying position and enjoy the sounds and vibrations of the 60min sound bath (crystal bowls, rainstick, chimes and more).

During the session, Zera will give each willing participant an individual sekhem healing. (https://therosetemple.com.au/sekhem-healing)

Afterwards, tea and supper will be provided with an opportunity to pick one of Zera's own oracle cards.

WHAT TO BRING:

  • A yoga mat or towel to lay on during the session
  • Pillows / cushions / bolsters or whatever you need to be comfortable on the floor
  • Eye mask optional
