This is a journey through the medicine wheel and its four directions--South, West, North, and East. Each direction is associated with four different parts of self: Mental, Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual. These different parts of self are all interconnected together in a circle, creating no beginning and no end. For optimal well-being we need to find balance in all four parts.
